Terms and Conditions

Depending on our current workload and stock availability orders are usually received within 3 to 5 Days of payment being cleared. Please allow 7 days for delivery.

If you would like to order by credit card please use our secure shopping cart and fill in the checkout form with your details, or if you would prefer we can contact you by telephone for your credit card details - simply type in "telephone" in the credit card number box of the checkout form.

If using Paypal please use our shopping cart and submit your order, we will then email you a Paypal invoice.

Please make cheques payable to "Litewave Ltd " and address with your order to the address at the bottom of the page. Cheques must clear before the goods are dispatched. We can only accept cheques from residents within the U.K.

We can take Postal Orders, select "Postal Order" in the payment box in the checkout form. Print the receipt page and send it to the address given, please make the postal order payable to: Litewave Ltd. We can only accept postal orders from residents within the U.K.

Please allow 7 days for delivery of goods after ordering, although most goods (UK) are usually received within 2 to 4 days of payment being cleared. For orders outside of the U.K please allow 20 days for receipt, most orders are received within 14 days.
