The Varad Electrick Decal employs the same EL technology as Glow Wire, except it is a sheet rather than wire and it is as thin as paper and flexible!

Simply choose a design from our decal library or create your own custom graphic and print onto the transparency sheet provided in the kit. Then stick the design on the EL Lamp and place it somewhere on the inside of one of your vehicle's windows. Your design will appear to be a normal decal during the day, but at night switch it on and really turn some heads!

The Electrick Decal is 12v so it can be wired direct to your vehicle's power. If you prefer we can supply the kit with a lighter plug ready fitted enabling easy connection - at no extra charge, just type in "add free lighter plug" in the comments box at the checkout.

Suitable for use on acylic PC windows or in the home. For the home use a 12v mains adaptor available from us or Electrical Shops such as "Tandys".

A similar system to this is used on some of the "Le Mans 24 Hour" race cars to display the car's race number

The Decal is 110mm (4.5 inches) in diameter.

The kit includes the EL Lamp with connectors, a 12v inverter with connectors, an inkjet self adhesive transparency, clear backing window film, and full instructions. No soldering is required, just print your design.

Also ideal for lighting models, costumes, pictures etc. It can be cut!*

* Your warranty will be void if you cut the Lamp. However if you decide to cut the EL Lamp for your intended application do not remove all of the outer electrodes (black border) as it needs a small part of the electrodes to operate.
