A. Goff's Mercedes Sprinter with personal plate to which he has fitted Glow Wire around the edge of the number plates.

First make the edge of the number plate flat by removing the bevel around edge and cutting about 4mm from each end this allows the "glow wire " to fit around.Then carefully mill around edge with a 2mm diameter ballnose cutter 1mm deep to create a groove for the " glow wire " and then super glue carefully in groove starting at bottom middle .Connecting wire through bodywork/bumper to inverter etc to switch inside vehicle.
