The Tubes can be used as stand alone units (just 3 wires to connect) or with the ZEN or ZAP Controllers, they have their own microprocessor which controls the colour produced. When switched "on" they will automatically phase through the colours as in the diagram below.
After the first 25 seconds the Tube will seamlessly cycle through the visible spectrum (D) until "locked" or switched off. Any of the colours (or white) can be locked onto by switching off briefly and back on, this will be followed by a triple flash showing that your command has been accepted. To start the colour phasing again simply repeat the process. The ICELED Tubes are built here in the U.K to military specifications using only the highest grade components. The Tubes are very rugged and completely waterproof - even submersible. ICELED Tubes can also be connected to the UFO Controller allowing synchronized colour changing and chase patterns They can be powered from any 12v dc power supply.
