Occassionally our customers email or telephone us asking why their ZEN is not working, most of the time it turns out to be down to one or two causes which can be quickly and easily resolved by the customer.

The Remote Control for the ZEN is set at the factory, the top button marked "vcr" on the remote controls the ZEN. If one of the other 3 buttons is pressed (this can occur during transit) it will put the remote control into a different mode. Please press the "vcr" button to put it back into ZEN mode. To prevent this from happengin in future you can program all the mode buttons for the ZEN by following the instructions below.

Choose from the top 4 buttons, the button you want to use for the ZEN, then press and hold the Setup button, the LED should light. Finally enter these numbers on keypad........0 1 7 2 . The LED should go out.

The Remote is now programemed for the ZEN on the button you assigned.

We have put together a Fault Chart which will enable you to identify the cause of why your ZEN may not be working properly.
