Waterproof Single Colour Constant Current LED Tape (12vdc) (30 LEDs/M)(SILICONE)
This product is essential for installations where long term brightness and reliability are critical. Standard Constant Voltage LED Strips will begin to fade after several thousand hours while this product is designed to last beyond 50,000 hours and is covered by a 3 year warranty.
Each LED has it's own built-in micro circuit regulating both voltage and current resulting in uniform brightness and long lifetime. It has cutting points every just 33mm making it ideal for installations where accurately cut lengths are required.
This product has the added protection of our Silicone Coating with Silicone Injected, it is UV stable making the product suitable for use indoors or outdoors.
3 Year Warranty
Constant Current Single Colour LED Tape has drivers on the circuit board regulating the current and voltage to each of the LEDs. This ensures maximum operating brightness and a lifetime in excess of 50,000 hours.
Many online retailers make wild claims of up to 100,000 hours, this is highly unlikely without a significant decrease in brightness or failed LED Emitters unless Constant Current Electronics is used.
