Colour Changing Flexible LED Tape - 2.1 Million Colours - New Silicone version

 

Flexible RGB LED Tape is one of the most streamline LED Light sources currently available, and it can show the full visible spectrum of colours!

Our latest version is professional grade with a Silicone coating over resin giving the product a durable and splashproof finish that is long lasting.

It is ideal for use where you need linear light source such as shelves, bookcases, kitchen plinths, worksurfaces, picture rails.

It can display any colour including white and pastel shades of white including warm white.

The brightness of the product makes it suitable as a ceiling uplight around coving or for use in or around architraves. It can flex around convex and concave contours.

The RGB Tape uses a 3 Colour RGB LED; Red, Green, and Blue. By mixing various levels of each colour up to 2.1 million colours and shades are possible!

Safe low voltage - 12vdc.

Waterproof to IP67

The LEDs are encased in resin with an added SILICONE square profile tube, with a self-adhesive backing. Additional fixing clips are included.

The RGB Tape gives the appearance that the base cabinets are floating on a pool of light

th ends making connecting different lengths and corners easy.

Tape removed from housing, non-waterproof

The LED Tape tape itself is thin with a depth of just 4.5mm. It has a 3M self-adhesive backing so is easily applied to most smooth surfaces by simply removing the backing paper. Additional fixing clips are included to help secure the product in place.

The RGB Tape is finished to a high standard, it can be easily cleaned with damp tissue.

Ideal for: Lighting cabinets, behind glassware, shelf lighting including edge lighting glass shelves, contour lighting, lighting architraves, backlighting Plasma/LCDs, Home Cinema lighting etc, corridor lighting. Plinth Lighting.

2.1 Million Colour LED Tape at use in a domestic kitchen

The LEDs used in the tape are RGB SMD LEDs, which have LED Emitters in the 3 primary colours Red, Green, and Blue. By mixing various levels of each colour upto 2.1 million colours and shades are possible!

Safe low voltage - 12vdc.

The LEDs produce a wide light dispersion (120 degrees) which gives a reflected glow similar to that of neon from nearby surfaces and objects. There are no dots or hotspots.

The tape can be cut / joined to make any length you need, connections and cutting points are at 3 LED (100mm / 4inch) intervals. Full instructions are included.

The RGB Tape is supplied with 10 inches of connecting wire pre-fitted this can be easily extended by using our 4-core extension cable.

The LED Tape is controlled via the ICELED Flexidriver, it has a standalone mode which allows a gradually colour phasing, any colour can be locked by briefly switching the power off and back on within 1-2 seconds, to unlock simply repeat.

For simplicity we would recommend the ZAP+ Controller. Advanced setups such as zones will require a ZEN Controller. The Tape can also be linked to any of our other Mood Lighting products.

CONTROL

ICELED Flexidriver can be used with or without an external controller. A built-in programme allows it to perform a variety of functions simply by connecting to a 12 Volt DC supply.

Full easy to follow instructions are included to help you get the best out of the product.
