We can accept orders by:

Mail (U.K only). Look up the product you would like and send us a cheque for it's marked price including £3 postage (£9.50 for LED Ground Lighting Kits) payable to: The Litewave Company. Please send it to the address above.

Shopping Cart (Worldwide). Order the product/s you would like to purchase by using our secure 128Bit Encrypted Shopping Cart.

Telephone. Email us your telephone number and we will call you for your order. Alternatively request our telephone number and we will email it to you by reply.

U.K Orders

Payment can be made by credit/debit card including Visa Electron, Cheque, Postal Order or by Paypal.

Overseas Orders

We can accept orders from anywhere around the world, all orders must be payed for prior to shipping. We can only accept payment by credit card. The card must be registered to you, we cannot deliver to any other address than the address that the card is registered to.

Credit Card Fraud

We are here to offer a service to our genuine customers not to fraudsters. Orders are manually checked before being processed. It is our aim to protect our customers and all card holders from thieves. All fraudulent orders are reported to the Police and the card holder. We fully cooperate with the authorities to prosecute and convict internet thieves.

Shipping

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders within the U.K can be expected to arrive within 7 days - usually less. Orders outside of the U.K usully arrive within 14 days, please allow up to 20 days for delivery outside of the U.K. If on receiving an order we are unable to deliver an item within 7 working days, we will contact you. Delivery charges are calculated automatically by the shopping cart, the shipping method should be selected by you. You will be informed of the delivery charge and the total amount payable before confirming your order. All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling, there is a currency converter on our website.

We strive to offer our customers only top quality products at the best price possible. We reserve the right however, to change prices and/or specifications without notice. E&OE. All prices include V.A.T

Returns Procedure

If you have been sent the incorrect goods please contact us by email:

Upon receipt of your email we will instruct you on the return of the goods.

Although we check most goods before dispatch, sometimes goods are found to be faulty or defective upon arrival. In this case please contact us by email and we will arrange for replacement (depending on the goods), or repair (in the case of Glow Wire).

Should you place an order by mistake and are unable to notify us before it is dispatched we can offer a return and exchange (subject to carriage/shipping charge). We are unable to accept the item back if we are not notified within 7 days of receipt.

Special orders of non-stocked items are excluded from this policy and will be subject to a handling charge. Items that are made to order cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty, under such the item/s will be replaced/repaired out our cost.

Currency

The currency is shown in U.K Pounds (£) Sterling. When you submit your order you acknowledge acceptance of the price difference between our currency and your currency (should it be a different currency). There is a currency converter on our website which you should use to see what the charge to you will be in your own currency.

Should you later realise that £ Pounds Sterling are different to your currency and wish to cancel your order once it has been processed we can charge you an administarion fee for the order placement and subsequent processing.

Warranties

All goods are covered by the manufacturers warranties and/or guarantees for a period of 12 months. Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by a valid receipt. We endeavor to get any warranty issues resolved with as little delay as possible. Where necessary, goods will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and report. We cannot refund for items found to be faulty, warranty replacements will be supplied.

Litewave.co.uk can assume no responsibility for misuse, incorrect fitment or application by the consumer. Or consequential loss resulting from a product that may be faulty.

Litewave.co.uk will not accept responsibility for carriage costs incurred in returning goods or for any fitting/removal costs involved in warranty items.

Customer Privacy

We value our customer's privacy and trust so never pass on their details to any other companies.

Customer information is not sold, rented or sent to any other organisation - all orders are automatically deleted from our server when your order is dispatched.

Your information is used only in conjunction with the processing of your orders. We may email you with new products from time to time - which you can easily opt in/out of by sending us an email request.
