We ship worldwide with reliable delivery options tailored to your location:

• 🕒 We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

• 🇬🇧 U.K Standard delivery (from £3) usually arrives within 3–5 days or sooner.

• ✉️ Special Delivery within the U.K arrives in 1–2 working days.

• 🌍 International orders typically arrive within 14 days; please allow up to 20 days for delivery outside the U.K.

• ⚠️ If delivery of an item takes longer than 7 working days, we will contact you promptly.

💷 Delivery charges are automatically calculated during checkout based on your chosen shipping method. All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling. A currency converter is available on our website.

🔄 Returns Policy

If you receive incorrect or faulty goods, please contact us immediately by email for return instructions.

• We inspect all products before dispatch, but if items arrive faulty or defective, we will arrange replacement or refund once the item is returned and inspected.

• Please note:

  • LED Strip Lights, bespoke items, and items cut to size (such as custom LED Strips) are non-returnable.

• If you order by mistake and notify us before dispatch, returns and exchanges are possible (subject to shipping charges).

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.

• Special orders and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

• Refunds will be issued less the postage/courier cost originally charged to send the goods.
