We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. U.K orders with our Standard £3 delivery can be expected to arrive within 3-5 days - usually less, Special Delivery Orders should arrive within 2 working days. Orders outside of the U.K usually arrive within 14 days, please allow up to 20 days for delivery outside of the U.K. If on receiving an order we are unable to deliver an item within 7 working days, we will contact you. Delivery charges are calculated automatically by the shopping cart, the shipping method should be selected by you. You will be informed of the delivery charge and the total amount payable before confirming your order. All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling, there is a currency converter on our website.
A courier service can also be arranged for customers requiring it.

Upon receipt of your email we will instruct you on the return of the goods.
Although we check most goods before dispatch, sometimes goods are found to be faulty or defective upon arrival. In this case please contact us by email and we will arrange for replacement (depending on the goods).
Should you place an order by mistake and are unable to notify us before it is dispatched we can offer a return and exchange (subject to carriage/shipping charge). We are unable to accept the item back if we are not notified within 7 days of receipt. Items returned to us must not be soiled or damaged in any way.
Special orders of non-stocked items are excluded from this policy and will be subject to a handling charge. Items that are made to order cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty, under such the item/s will be replaced/repaired at our cost.
For items returned within the 7 day period the postage charge (£3) of sending the goods to the customer will be refunded, if the customer has requested Special (2 Day) Delivery we will only refund the £3 standard delivery charge and not the cost of the Special Delivery because it will have incurred extra costs to us for using that postage method.
The cost of returning the goods back to Litewave will be paid by the customer and will not be refunded. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the goods are returned safely to Litewave Ltd, so the purchaser should use a signed for service with insurance that covers the value of the goods being returned.
