LED Shower Head - Temperature controlled colour change

A first glance this Shower Head does not look much different to a standard one. However after fitting which takes about 1 minute, and turning on the water you will soon see that this has a difference - it lights up!

Not only does it light up but it displays 3 different colours, indicating the temperature of the water flowing through it. This feature makes it very useful to see if the water is the right temperature before getting in the shower, it could also double as a safety feature so that you know if the water is too hot or cold without finding out the hard way - by getting burnt or an icy chill.

The Shower head is finished in an attractive chrome.

It has a standard fitting and requires no batteries or wiring because it is self-powered via a built-in turbine. The water drives passes through the turbine and creates power for the temperature controlled LEDs which illuminate the upper spray of water.

The pictures to the left show the colour that will be shown at various temperature ranges.

PLEASE NOTE: We have tried one of these Shower Heads on a standard gravity fed shower with low water pressure - it does not get enough pressure to light up. So for that reason we recommend it for use with high pressure showers and power showers only.
